WHY WE EXIST

Women Who Drum is more than a performance collective.
It is a growing space for women to explore rhythm, build confidence, and find their voice through percussion.

While our performances bring together powerful artists on stage, the larger vision goes beyond that - to create access, visibility, and opportunity for more women to step into rhythm spaces.

We are building a community where:

• women can learn and engage with rhythm without intimidation 
• emerging artists can find mentorship and collaboration 
• rhythm becomes a tool for expression, not just expertise

Women Who Drum actively works with:

• schools and colleges 
• women’s communities and entrepreneur networks 
• corporate teams and organisations 

Through workshops, interactive sessions, and performance-led experiences, we create spaces that are:

• inclusive 
• energising 
• deeply engaging 

These are not just music sessions - they are about confidence, connection, and collective energy.
